Privacy policy
AI Operating System MCP (operated by Store Operators, a sole proprietorship in Finland) connects a merchant's own AI assistant to their store under the merchant's approval.
What we store
Your account email, and the store API credentials you connect — encrypted at rest and used only to operate your store on your behalf. We store the store's public domain for display. We keep a per-change audit log (what was changed, when, by which operator) so changes are traceable and reversible.
Customer personal data
We do not store your customers' personal data. When the assistant reads orders, it reads them live and personal fields are masked before anything leaves the store; nothing is persisted. We never send personal data to a third-party model.
Deletion
Uninstalling the app or Shopify's shop/redact request revokes the connection and its stored credentials. Email hello@storeoperators.com to delete your account.
